Rental Rates

Rental rates are based on occupancy of no more than two people per space. If additional parties occupy the space there is a charge of $2.00 per day or $45.00 per month per person.

Rental rates include refuse collection, sewer, water, daily mail delivery, police and fire protection.

Prices listed above do not include local and/or state taxes & all prices are subject to change.

  • $2.00 a day charge for air conditioning during hot weather on daily or weekly rates.

  • The yearly rate entitles you to occupy the space up to 9 consecutive months and to leave your trailer or storage shed on your space year round. It also guarantees you that space upon your return.

  • The residential rate allows you to occupy your space year round. The annual rate must be paid in full on the date of the reservation or upon arrival.

  • Washers are an additional $100 charge for use in your unit.

  • No less than a 3 month reservation is accepted. To confirm a reservation, a $200.00 deposit is required. The balance is due on or before the reservation date. (A deposit is refundable up to 30 days before reservation date.)

  • A special area is reserved for those with one small pet, 12 lbs. or 16″ in height.

  • Storage for travel trailers, motorhomes and boats is available – $30.00 per month and up.
